Standardized Monthly Report Form

The Standardized Monthly Report Form (SMRF) is available to registered club secretaries and secretary-treasurers. Your Engage Portal member profile must be listed as an officer to ensure you have the correct access. Contact your advisor or a current officer to update the officers listing each time there is a change.

Reports are quick and easy, can be sent to multiple parties (Lt. Governors, Advisors, other Club Officers) and are editable all year.
