Club Officer Contact Report Form (COCRF): Fill out this form to update your club officer contact information so we can update the District Directory.
Standardized Monthly Report Form (SMRF): Club Secretaries or officers should fill out this form by the 5th of each month. This form helps Circle K International see how your club is doing and track goals from the international level. This form is completed through the Engage Portal.
