Registration

The Registration Fee includes: two nights of quad-occupancy hotel accommodations on Friday and Saturday at the BRAND NEW San Marcos Embassy Suites. The Registration Fee also includes breakfast Saturday, dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, fun workshops, a t-shirt, and of course, the Governor’s Gala and Awards Session.

Early:$165 (postmarked by January 20th)
Regular: $175 (postmarked by January 27th)
Late: $185 (postmarked by February 3rd)
On-Site Registration: $200(anything postmarked after February 3rd)

Directions
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is 40 miles away. The Kiwanis Club of San Antonio has volunteered to drive members from the airport to the hotel. If your chapter is flying, please make arrangements with host chapter: utsa@txokcki.org.

Scholarships

There are multiple scholarships, values of at least $1,000, available to all CKI members from the Texas-Oklahoma Kiwanis Foundation. Applicants must attend the Circle K District Convention in order to interview for a scholarship. A list of names for the applications received will be posted to the Texas-Oklahoma Kiwanis Foundation website. All scholarship submissions must be postmarked by January 29th.
