T-O ICON Package
The newly revised 2009 International Convention Package offered by the district is one intended for convenience and fun!
For two easy payments of $210, you will be prepared for some unforgettable memories! This package replaces the previously advertised $699 Tour - Almost a $300 savings!
What Your $420 Pays For:
- Event Registration ($185)
- Four Nights at the Birmingham Sheraton ($124.26)
- Three Lunches (Aug. 6, 7, & 8) & District Dinner (Aug. 7 or 8)
- T-O ICON Shirt and District Pins
If you missed the first payment date on June 19, the regular registration is increased to $465 and is due on July 10 to the District Administrator
Your Responsibilities:
- Travel arrangements to and from convention site (Free airport shuttle if you wear CKI shirts, etc.)
- Breakfasts
- Lunch on Aug 5 and when traveling home on Aug. 9
- Dinner for 3 nights
- Any parking expenses
The On-to-International Convention Committee Chairman will create a number of meal suggestions and small sightseeing activities if you arrive early on Tuesday. Hotel arrangements and registration will be handled by the district - you'll only need to submit your two payments and Registration Form to the District Administrator.
